Service Description

Let Lily and Lauren guide you through a session that will leave you feeling refreshed and balanced. During the session, you'll be provided with a comfortable mat, pillows, blankets, although your still welcome to bring your own. We will begin with intention setting, writing down what you want to let go of and gain in return from this session. Followed by breathwork to connect with your body, then a guided meditation for deep relaxation to allow the power of Energy and Sound Healing to shine through. Through the use of pure Crystal Alchemy sound bowls, tuning forks and Koshi chimes allow yourself to indulge in the feeling of bliss and balance. We will finish with magical Energy Healing on each individual. The session will conclude with any Q&A's and a relaxing tea after being surrounded by beautiful energy.
